Dieses Hartmetall NE-Kappkreissägeblatt mit Trapez-Flachverzahnung wird für Trenn- und Gehrungsschnitte in Aluminium- und Kunststoffprofilen, Alu-Bleche bei Maschinen mit Werkstückspannung sowie für Holzwerkstoffe, wie Corian, Noblan, Varicor und HPL, verwendet. Zum Einsatz kommt es auf Tischkreissägen und Kapp- und Gehrungskreissägen. Die Laserornamente sorgen für einen angenehmen Lärm- und Geräuschpegel. Der Grundkörper des Sägeblattes ist lasergeschnitten und wurde unter extrem engen Fertigungstoleranzen hergestellt. Zudem bietet dieses Sägeblatt höchste Plan- und Rundlaufpräzision durch manuelles und maschinell-kontrolliertes Richten und Spannen im Herstellungsprozess. Bestückt mit anwendungsspezifischen Feinstkorn-Hartmetall TC10.
